Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 12, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Advora (“Advora,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our Chrome extension and associated website and services, collects, uses, stores, and protects information.
Advora helps users research advertisements in Meta Ads Library by providing estimated advertising metrics, creative analysis, advertiser insights, and ad organization tools.
By using Advora, you acknowledge the data practices described in this policy.
We collect and process only the information reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve Advora.
If Google sign-in is enabled and you choose to use it, we may receive:
We use this information to authenticate your account, associate your account with your subscription, enforce plan limits, and provide account-related support.
We do not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts, or other Google services unrelated to sign-in.
When you use Advora on Meta Ads Library pages, the extension may process publicly displayed advertisement information, including:
Depending on the features you use, Advora may also process publicly accessible information from an advertisement's destination page, such as product prices, review counts, or publicly displayed store information.
We use this information to provide advertisement research, comparisons, organization tools, and estimated advertising metrics.
Advora's estimates are not necessarily actual advertiser-reported results and should not be treated as verified campaign performance data.
We may record limited usage information, such as advertisement identifiers analyzed, timestamps of analysis requests, and usage totals.
This information may be used to provide requested features, enforce free or paid plan limits, prevent abuse, and maintain service reliability.
We do not use these records to build unrelated advertising profiles.
Depending on the features enabled, Advora may store:
Information stored locally in Chrome remains subject to the browser's storage and deletion controls. If a feature synchronizes information to our servers, that transfer will be handled according to the applicable feature and disclosures.
If paid subscriptions are offered, we may process information such as:
Payments are handled by the payment provider presented during checkout. We do not intentionally collect or store complete payment-card details, UPI PINs, or banking passwords.
The payment provider's own privacy policy governs its processing of payment information.
If team or agency features are offered, we may process team members' email addresses, membership roles, and access permissions when an account administrator adds them to a workspace.
This information is used only to administer team access and deliver the requested service.
Advora is not designed to collect:
Advora's core research functionality is intended to operate on publicly accessible advertisement information and the minimum account or usage information required to provide the service.
We use information for the following purposes:
We do not use information collected through the extension for purposes unrelated to its stated functionality.
Advora may use Chrome extension storage to retain settings, session information, account summaries, saved research, and other feature-related data.
Information stored locally may remain on your device until you clear it, sign out where applicable, or remove the extension.
Some features may require server-side processing, including account authentication, subscription validation, usage-limit enforcement, or advertisement analysis. When information is transmitted to our servers, it is processed to provide the relevant feature and is subject to the disclosures in this policy.
We do not claim that all processing is local if a feature uses a backend service.
We may use third-party service providers to operate Advora, such as:
Only list providers actually used by the published version.
These providers may process information necessary to perform services on our behalf, subject to their applicable terms, security practices, and contractual obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not transfer user data to third parties except as permitted by applicable law and the Chrome Web Store Limited Use requirements, including transfers necessary to provide the requested service, comply with legal obligations, or protect against abuse and security threats.
We do not share Google user data with third parties for advertising purposes.
If Google sign-in is enabled, Advora requests only the Google authentication scopes necessary for the sign-in functionality, such as OpenID Connect and email access.
Information received through Google authentication is used to identify your account, establish a session, and associate your account with applicable features or subscriptions.
Advora's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
We do not sell Google user data, use it for personalized advertising, or use it for unrelated purposes.
Access to Google user data by personnel is restricted to circumstances permitted by applicable policy and law, such as when you provide consent, when necessary for security, or when legally required.
Advora's use of information obtained through the Chrome extension complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We use data only to provide or improve the extension's stated functionality, protect users and the service, and meet applicable legal obligations.
We do not sell user data or use it for creditworthiness or lending decisions.
We do not use or transfer user data for purposes unrelated to Advora's single purpose.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy.
Actual retention periods may vary according to the data type, service configuration, legal obligations, and operational requirements.
You may be able to:
To request account deletion, contact us at the email address provided in the Contact section. Please contact us from your registered email address or provide enough information to verify account ownership.
We aim to respond to deletion requests within 30 days. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or necessary to resolve outstanding disputes, enforce agreements, or maintain security. Where applicable, retained information will be restricted to those purposes.
Deleting the extension from Chrome does not necessarily delete information already stored on our servers or by payment providers. Separate deletion requests may be necessary.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
Depending on the services used, these measures may include encrypted connections, access controls, restricted database access, and secure authentication practices.
No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Advora is a business and advertising research tool and is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn that such information has been collected, we will take appropriate steps to address it.
Depending on the infrastructure and service providers used, information may be processed or stored in countries other than your country of residence. Where required, appropriate safeguards will be applied in accordance with applicable law.
We may update this Privacy Policy when our features, service providers, or data practices change. We will update the revision date when changes are published. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.
